Nothing says “healthy” like a good salad, am I right? I’ve been on a Journey to Healthified recently, and so I’ve been turning to salads more and more for lunches and some dinners. I get bored of the same old dressings and toppings. So when approached with the opportunity to have a salad sampler party courtesy of Wish-bone dressings, I couldn’t resist!
Wish-bone provided me with several recipes, 4 of their awesome new dressings (Bruschetta Italian Dressing, Greek Vinaigrette, Superfruit Berry Vinaigrette, and Mediterranean Italian), cute plates, cloth napkins, as well as some on-the-go salad containers. I was having a get-together, and decided to make it a Wish-bone get-together!
My guests were super excited to take part in the experience. I decided to make the Bruschetta Salad, which uses the Wish-bone Bruschetta Italian Dressing. It was perfect for a Summer party. And the guests raved about it! For fun, I raffled off some of the sampler items for guests to win, and everyone wanted to leave with something! See pictures below for a peek at our tasty gathering…
We can’t wait to try some of the other recipes Wish-bone passed along. And I’m happy to have several new dressing flavors on hand to get me out of my Salad Rut!
