Banana Drink Recipe

If you lovely ladies have read my first Chester County Moms blog post a few weeks ago you will know that I am half Egyptian. I was at a friends house one day and she made this AWESOME drink. I don’t know if you would call it banana juice or banana shake but it is delicious. I wanted to share the recipe with everybody. I just can’t believe that I never heard or drank this juice before. I have lived in Egypt for a few years and have been going almost every year for most of my life and I never had it there before. My friend thought I was crazy that I never had it before because she told me its very popular in Egypt. Anyways…. here is the recipe.

1. In a blender you add three banana’s (make sure that the banana is nice and yellow because it is sweeter and then you don’t have to add too much sugar)
2. Add 3 cups of milk
3. Add sugar to your tasting
4. Blend it all together and serve right away.

It is super simple to make this drink and plus its healthy. Your making juice out of a real fruit. When I was living in Egypt I never had a juice bought from the store we always made fresh juice. My kids are always asking “mommy please make the banana drink” and I just can’t resist so I make it for them all the time now. Enjoy this amazing drink!
