The Franklin Institute Offers a New Discovery Camp at Valley Forge National Historical Park Still looking for a summer camp for your kids? Journey beyond the walls of the Museum and learn about science outdoors, at Valley Forge National Historical Park! Campers will spend most of the day outside – hiking, exploring, and nurturing their love of science and nature. Discovery Camp at Valley Forge is offered for children in Grades 3 – 8.

Camp Day: 9AM-4PM

$275/week for Franklin Institute Members
$300/week for for Non-Members
**Early arrival and late departure times are available for an additional fee.

Valley Forge National Historical Park is located in King of Prussia, PA. Campers in this program will need to be dropped off and picked up inside the park each day by their parent or guardian.

Philadelphians are invited to a special complimentary advance screening of Disneynature’s breathtaking new look at life on the African Savanna through the eyes of a lion pride and a cheetah family.
