Mike and Watson from The Greatest Show on Earth® will bring their skills, tricks and gags to children and families gathered at the Please Touch Museum. Following Mike and Watson’s mini-performance, they will lead a procession to the opening of a special Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® circus exhibit at the Please Touch Museum on display from Thursday, February 10 through Tuesday, February 15.

Mike and Watson are in town helping Philadelphia prepare for next week’s arrival of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® presents “Fully Charged,” coming to the Wells Fargo Center from Wednesday, February 16 through Sunday, February 20. This all-new show features the “Human Fuse” who sets himself on fire and soars across the arena sky, which can only be seen at The Greatest Show On Earth® next week.

The clown pair will show children the importance of remaining active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through a program called Circus Fit. The “Circus Fit” seminar is a demonstration and interactive participation of fun fitness basics, including warm-ups, stretching, aerobics and strength building.

Thomas the Tank Engine™ is coming to save the day! Thomas, the beloved and courageous storybook engine, is set to roll into Strasburg Rail Road for the Day Out With Thomas™ 2009: Hero of the Rails Tour, presented by HIT Entertainment, a worldwide leader in children’s entertainment, and sponsored by The LEGO Group. This fun-filled event offers preschoolers and their families the opportunity to take a ride with a 15-ton replica of Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends™ series. Children will ride along with their favorite hero on his latest adventure. The tour, now in its 14th year, will make stops in more than 40 US cities and is expected to welcome more than one million passengers in 2009.
