The 2012 Philadelphia Flower Show!

February 1, 2012

It has been a gloomy Winter so far. If you are anything like me, you’ve been dreaming of tropical islands, sandy beaches and every vacation destination in between. And if you are anything like me, the economy has tightened your wallet, making a Tropical Vacation all but impossible.

Or is it?

Living in the suburbs of Philadelphia,we are fortunate enough that a tropical paradise is less than an hour away. Coming on March 4, 2012 through March 11, The 2012 Philadelphia International Flower show will be showcasing the largest indoor flower show in the world.

This year’s theme?

Hawaii: Islands of Aloha

Does it get any more tropical than that?

Over the next few weeks leading up to the opening night, we will be sharing Philadelphia International Flower Show information in a great series of posts. Want to bring your family? There will be plenty of awesome activities for the kids! Think it would be a great date? We have some intriguing ideas for you! Are you a Foodie? Then stay tuned for a very important post!

The Philadelphia International Flower Show is held at the Convention Center, 12th and Arch Streets, in Philadelphia, PA.
