Yo Gabba Gabba visits Philly {TICKET GIVEAWAY}

It’s time to dance, everyone! The kids’ favorite TV characters are making their way back to Philadelphia this week for an exciting LIVE show full of all of the best Gabba music and dancing! Join DJ Lance Rock, Brobee, Foofa, Muno, Plex and Toodee on the Yo Gabba Gabba! Live! It’s Time to Dance! Tour for a grooving and shaking good time. Show favorites and special guests Biz Markie and Razzle Dazzle Superstar Leslie Hall will also be making appearances so the kids are sure to have the full Yo Gabba Gabba experience!

My husband and I took our girls to the show when the Gabba Gang stopped here on last years’ tour and we had a blast. We sang along to our favorite songs and danced in our seats (and even the aisles at one point!). It’s a great time for the whole family!

Win it Wednesday: Tickets to "Traces" at the Merriam Theater!

Have you heard about the show Traces coming to town next month at the Merriam Theater? I am so excited for this show, and can’t wait for my husband and I to have a date night to experience this unique, modern performance.

Traces is high-energy urban acrobatics for all ages from 7 Fingers, a Montreal-based circus arts company founded with the goal to present circus on a human scale. Circus feats combine with skateboarding and mix with theater, music, and contemporary dance. Traces celebrates the individuals on stage, their bond and talents; their risk-taking; and their unbridled energy.

The show will run from September 15-18 at the Merriam Theater on Broad Street in Center City Philadelphia. For ticketing, please see the Live Arts/Philly Fringe website. Tickets for adults range from $20-$55 and are half-price for audiences 17-and-younger.
