Every year many Americans choose to diet as their New Year’s Resolution. Chef , Dietitian and Chester County Gal, Katie Cavuto Boyle from Healthy Bites was on the NBC 10 Show the other day to explain healthy ways to eat in the new year.
Her advice….build a healthy pantry with whole grains, low-sodium stocks, olive oil and condiments.

We were invited to a taping of the NBC 10! Show, this morning by our friends at Sun & Earth. We were really excited, as the 10! Show, rolled out the red carpet for us and sat us in the very front row. Sun & Earth, President John Mullins, was interviewed on todays show about the collection of All Natural Sun & Earth products.
