The Chester County Hospital Celebrates National Diabetes Month with Local Celebrity Chef Katie Cavuto

15th Annual Diabetes Day: Exploring Diabetes

The presenters, equipped with cooking demonstrations, taste-testing and story sharing will motivate you to eat well, manage your diabetes effectively and prepare for the journey ahead. Presenters include (1)Katie Cavuto Boyle, MS, RD, LDN, Personal Chef and owner of “Healthy Bites“, a Philadelphia-based catering and food delivery company and (2) an A1C Champion and professional cyclist, sponsored by pharmaceutical company sanofi aventis.

Participants will have a chance to win a Nintendo Wii and Wii Fit donated by Francis Automotive.

The day also includes lunch, “exploration periods”, vendor displays and giveaways.
